Meals were excellent, hotel staff were always friendly & helpful particularly the restaurant manager

The hotel was great overall. Our only gripes would be creaky floor boards where ever and who ever was situated on the top floor bedrooms! But the rooms made up for it being bright, airy and very spacious.

Family room was genuinely large - king-size bed, two singles, a sofa and still room to walk around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Car park looked very busy, but we hired bikes so not a problem.
