Ice skating has taken over St. Helier again this Christmas, with the Ice Skate Jersey rink open between 10th December and 8th January.
St. Helier’s parade gardens have been covered with a makeshift ice skating marquee, creating a winter wonderland that even includes the park’s oak tree! Everyone is invited to take to the ice, even if you’re a complete skate novice. With family tickets, children’s discounts and skating lessons all available, there is something for the whole family!
And if you’d prefer to sit and watch the kiddies roam the rink? The Ice Cafe can supply you with a warming Jersey bean crock, fresh soup or a cup of steaming coffee.
Prices per one hour session are:
- Adults: £7.00
- Concessions (13-16 / NUS card): £6.50
- Children (under 12): £6.00
- Families (1 adult + 3 children OR 2 adults + 2 children): £22.00
Jersey’s Ice Rink is open between 10am and 10pm between 10th December and 8th January (closed on Christmas Day; reduced opening hours on 13th December, 15th December, 24th December, 26th December, 31st December and 1st January).
