Saffrons is situated on the first floor of the four star Hotel de France, on the outskirts of Jersey’s town centre. Diners are treated to panoramic views of St. Helier and the sea beyond, with the hotel terrace and neighbouring lounge bar providing perfect spots for a pre-dinner drink and a post-dinner coffee.

It’s a brave chef that changes the traditional butter-and-mint standard of Jersey Royal potatoes, but Saffrons manages to offer something tasty and intriguing with their cumin and garlic-flavoured spuds.
More traditional Indian dishes such as freshly made Tandoories and authentic Nann breads are also served, with desserts gathered around a signature sweet dish of trio of chocolate, rasberry and pistachio.
