The National Trust’s ‘Stepping Out Sunday Town Stroll’ is an opportunity to explore the town of St. Helier, visiting both famous and lesser-known landmarks whilst learning about the history of Jersey’s unique capital.
The Stepping Out walk takes in the streets and sights of St. Helier during a two hour leisurely stroll, led by experienced local guide John Mallett. Along the way you’ll learn about the transformation of the town from a small fishing port to the multi-cultural cosmopolitan centre that exists today.
The Sunday Town Stroll will last approximately 2 hours and is free for National Trust members. The National Trust for Jersey kindly ask that non-members make a minimum donation of £2.00 per person per walk as a contribution towards the ongoing work of the Trust.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and habitat to be explored.
