The hotel services and facilities were 5 star. However we felt on the day of departure we were left with our luggage by the roadside waiting for the coach transport . The hotel employee did not even have the courtesy to wait with us and help board the coach!

We were upgraded to the best suite which was wonderful. Bit disappointed that there was no satellite television though for the sport. Nelson, on the door, was a tremendous ambassador for the hotel and the service in general was excellent.
