The hotel was not 5 star. The spa was poor, no sauna , not working . The relaxation room was freezing and the beds did not work, no calming music. The steam room had tiles coming off the surface where you sat and was intermittent in sending steam.

We were disapointed with the hotel. The restaurant was not as we expected,there was only a bar type menu which was very limited and it was closed on Sunday. The lighting in our room was very poor making reading difficult. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but we would not revisit the hotel.
