Ice Skate Jersey
The festive period isn’t festive without an ice rink! With Ice Skate Jersey, novices and skaters alike can spin around and have fun under cover in all weathers in the Queen’s Hall at Fort Regent. The rink opens its doors on the afternoon of Friday 7th December.
As well as the main rink, there is a separate children’s training rink, where little ones can use penguin skate aids to gain their confidence. Toddlers are not left out with the Snow Zone play area specifically designed for them with a colourful festive inflatable filled with snow, plenty of toys, buckets and spades.
Local DJ’s play their sets live to a spectacular lightshow every Friday and Saturday evening for those skaters who enjoy skating to the latest tracks. Adjacent to the ice rink, relax at The Ice Café, soaking up the atmosphere, watching the skaters glide while enjoying a tasty snack, a good selection of slushes and hot and cold drinks.
National Ice Skating Association accredited Professional Coaches will be offering one to one sessions, group lessons and chaperoning for parents who don’t want to venture onto the ice with their child or anyone who may lack the confidence to try it solo.
Please visit Ice Skate Jersey for more information and to book tickets. Tickets will also be on sale at the Ice Skate Jersey Ticket Chalet in the Fort Regent Piazza from 1st December.
