The 'La Chaire' Restaurant is renowned for its local fresh fish & seafood and is a popular destination for many locals and visitors to the area.

A lot of the fish is delivered straight from the harbour at Rozel ensuring the best quality available.

The restaurant is a fine oak panelled dining room and also has a private function room for up to 18 persons. You could also dine in the conservatory or on 'The Terrace' for lunch or dinner.

Head Chef Tony Brazendale firmly believe that sourcing his ingredients locally wherever possible is the greatest strength of his dining experience. Whether it's the Jersey Royals straight out of the fields surrounding the hotel, seafood fresh out of the sea seconds away from the Hotel's front door or the fabulous Jersey Dairy, La Chaire's greatest asset is its local suppliers who source, gather and deliver consistently excellent produce for guests to enjoy all year round.

Afternoon Tea can also be taken in the La Chaire restaurant or on the Terrace. La Chaire say that Tea is always an event in Jersey and here it's no different.
