About Ayush Wellness Spa
A multi award winner, the Ayush Wellness Spa at the Hotel de France celebrates healthy lifestyle and focuses on promoting physical as well as emotional wellbeing. ‘Ayush' means long healthy life in Sanskrit and every detail of this spacious spa has been created with nature in mind.
Providing an ultimate haven of calm and tranquility indulge in one unique treatment, a spa day or a week long course of rejuvenating experiences.
Experience a portfolio of authentic Ayurvedic therapies and luxurious spa treatments administered by an Ayurvedic Physician and a team of Indian and European therapists. 6 private treatment suites are available as well as a yoga studio, relaxation room and a quiet library. A double treatment room is also available for couples to enjoy treatments together.
As well as the private treatment rooms, Ayush spa houses an infinity pool, hydrotherapy pool with jacuzzi, hot and cold plunge pools, sauna and steam room. All are available for clients who have booked a treatment.

Spa Information
The spa is open Monday - Friday 6.30am - 9.30pm and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday 7am - 8.30pm.
Children are allowed in the pool area until 6.00pm.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment
- Bring swimming attire
- Use of mobile phones is prohibited
- Inform when booking if you are pregnant
- Non-resident must book 50 minutes treatment minimum
- Cancellation fees apply.
