Executive Head Chef Will Holland and his team have held a Michelin star since 2007 and combined with 4 AA Rosettes, Ocean Restaurant is in the top echelon of restaurants in the British Isles.
Modern British cooking in the tranquil setting of the light and airy decor and impeccable service is a real treat. Choose from the daily table d'hôte, seasonal a la carte menu or the 7 course tasting menu with paired wines.
Whilst The Tasting Room shares the same ethos and culinary values as Ocean Restaurant, the dishes served are gastronomic in nature and unique to this dining room, offering a celebration of the very best local ingredients and finest Jersey produce. And to add to the excitement of the experience, Food and Beverage Manager Jaroslav Sedlacek has chosen a bespoke drinks selection to go with each course.
With just five tables, this intimate space is refined and sophisticated. It is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and may be booked for exclusive use.
