The Bay Restaurant is the main dining area at the St Brelade's Bay Hotel and popular with both locals and visitors.

The recently refurbished dining room with marvellous views of St Brelade's Bay is the perfect setting to enjoy excellent and expertly prepared cuisine and is a destination in its own right.

Head Chef, Franz Hacker, sources fresh local produce to prepare both the a la carte and daily table d'hôte menus.

The Bay Restaurant enjoys a traditional standard of service that is not often seen in the modern age. With uniformed waiters in nautical themed attire and a close eye on attention to detail this restaurant is a must try for all visitors to the Island.
