For an island of nine miles by five miles, Jersey has a very impressive selection of world-class golf courses. The island was called home by both Ted Ray and Harry Vardon, who won the British Open six times.
Visiting golfers are spoilt for choice, with a selection of six golf courses on offer. La Moye Golf Course, the Royal Jersey and Les Mielles Golf & Country Club are all 18-hole championship courses. The Jersey Recreation Grounds, Les Ormes Golf & Leisure Club and Wheatlands Golf Club are smaller nine-hole courses and all benefit from fantastic views and great playing conditions.
