Bohemia Restaurant in the Sunday Times Top 100

bohemia-01Bohemia Awarded 6th Place For Puddings

Accolades are always worth sharing, especially when they are so well deserved. Bohemia Bar and Restaurant in St. Helier, Jersey, was recently named one of the UK’s best restaurants in The Sunday Times Top 100 Food List with a fantastic 6th place for their pudding menu. On paper or screen, numbers and pictures best demonstrate why, but really the proof is in the tasting!

Chef Steve Smith received his first Michelin star in 2004 at the incredibly young age of 24 and has retained it wherever he has worked since from Hampshire and Yorkshire to Melbourne and now Jersey. The magic comes from a combination of hard work and dedication to innovation. Steve Smith’s passion for the best quality and fresh ingredients is well received on an island which grows its own range of delicacies: scallops, strawberries, Royal potatoes and so much more.

Back to the numbers, a few weeks ago Bohemia also received 4 AA Rosettes and a top score in the 2015 Good Food Guide. Bohemia Bar and Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the four star Club Hotel and Spa, guaranteeing a seamless experience for anyone wishing to indulge in a few days of relaxation and fantastic dining.

We are also pleased to offer the Jersey Luxury Michelin Star Experience, where you can sample all four of Jersey’s Michelin starred restaurants within one package.
